Deposit for reservation of a tailor-made project

Procedure and Involvement

Before

• Check the condition of the fur you want to transform. (Refer to the explanatory video)
• Proceed to the deposit of $100, to book
• Print the Purolator label that you will receive by email to send your pieces of fur to be transformed or make an appointment to drop them off at the workshop.
• Securely package the parts before sending them.
• Prepare to pick up the package, following the instructions in the email on the label or contact us 24 hours in advance to schedule your pick-up.

During

• We check the condition of the furs, to ensure the solidity of the pieces to be made. So that they are durable and of high quality.
• Then we will have a “decision call” to discuss and define what we will achieve.
• You will receive by email the invoice according to the decisions.
• A payment of 50% of the invoice must be made within 5 days of sending the invoice

After:

When the project is finished, we will send you the photos of the finished parts.

• The final payment must be made within 5 days of sending the photos or before picking up the confections.
• The package will be sent within 2-3 days of final payment, or it will be possible to pick it up at the workshop during the week.

*Shipping and return costs will be applied to the invoice for your project, we create the label so that you can benefit from the company rate.

*The label will be valid for 7 days. Then a fee will be charged if a new label is needed.

*If you wish to drop them off or pick them up directly at the workshop, it will be possible to do so from Wednesday to Friday between 9 a.m. and 5 p.m. by appointment.

* The amount of $100 of the deposit will be deducted from your final invoice if the requested deadlines are respected.

*If you want to keep the scraps of the project, it will be important to mention it during the “decision call”.
