Return and Refund Policy

RETURN AND REFUND OF MERCHANDISE

For your online purchases, you can return, at your expense, your merchandise within 30 days of receiving your order. You will be able to exchange or obtain a credit note if the merchandise is returned to us in its original condition, that is to say unmodified, with its price tag and in its original packaging. Note that for an exchange, new postage costs will be charged.

A full refund will be given for the cancellation of orders that have not been shipped.

FOR YOUR IN-STORE PURCHASES,

you must contact the store where the purchase was made to find out about their return and refund policy. Hélènou Tricot et Fourrure reserves the right to refuse a return from a store without prior authorization.

FOR PERSONAL PROJECTS,

no refund will be accepted following confirmation thereof.

DEFECTIVE ITEM

We will reimburse the shipping costs for the return of a defective item. We'll ship you a new item with no shipping or handling charges. You will receive the return label by email. You can return the defective item within 30 days from the date you received your order. You will be able to obtain a refund or an exchange if the merchandise is returned to us in its original condition, that is to say unaltered, with its price tag and in its original packaging, if it is a new product.

FINAL SALES

For merchandise on sale at 40% or more, sales are final. No exchange or refund is possible, whether the purchase was made online or at the store.
